Biography
Founder, resident DJ, promoter and graphic designer of Edinburgh's most hyped club night: Overground, attracting crowds of ~500 people to resident's nights on a regular basis.
Wrisk is known for his vast and broad record collection, encompassing a huge range of genres, tempos and styes - from Italo Disco to Ghetto House, New Wave to Electroclash, Krautrock to Lo-Fi Techno, Grime to Jersey Club. Such versatility is rarely seen in such a young DJ.
Whether he's supporting the likes of Mall Grab, Benton, Tasker, Mele, Asquith, Rommek, or has been booked as the headliner for local club nights, Wrisk has performed extended sets for niches as specific as afro-beat and acid house, while barely scratching the surface of his record collection.
