Biography
I've been dj'ing for around 30 yrs now. I started by doing friends home discos with 2 turntables and they def were NOT Technics 1200’s. I have always loved music from a very young age .
My parents brought my 1st Stereo when I was 5 but I still preferred to play the home stereo it was much louder.
My main style is vocal house hands in the air anthems but you will hear me play most styles as long as it has a beat I will mix it. I guess at the moment I am loving the recreation of the 80's and 90's and the '00s being remixed by many of our top music producers as well as ones that just love music like myself. When I do mix my feet and arms and hands are always going as well so its like my own individual Dance Party. I don't use a computer program to mix music, I mix live from CD or USB to a CD burner. It is how I was taught.We all make mistakes and when I mix I might hear but to everyone else they don't even notice it. Told I'm too critical of my mixes. Computers take all that away but hey why would anyone want to be perfect there isn't room for improvement then. As technology takes over and for people to find you one has to take the plunge to the web for the world to hear what you create rather than the few friends that follow your mixes you hand out on a CD or DropBox to them.I now do play once a month on the Central Coastal @ CandyBar and now send off my sets to various events that may consider me as one of their Dj's for an event as well as doing private events.
