Born out of a coincidal photoshoot, the fascination for Asia, the desire for futuristic japanese sounds and gadgets, the roots of future detroit techno, the love for music Tokyo Robots was brought into excistance by Trish Van Eynde and Klaina.
Both independent dj's and producers and active in the scene for years with releases on Subject Detroit, Bastardo Electrico, Fcomm, Soleil, Deep Impact ... but also originators of the concept parties Motorcitysounds, the radioshow, the label.
Tokyo Robots is not just dj-ing, it's more then that, it's feeling, hearing, seeing, experiencing today's sound with 4 turntables, CDJs, 2 mixers, they are mixing challenging melodies with more melodies, a climax, with make-up of alien geisha's they give techno another audio-visual dimesion, its true mission on this planet... : THE FUTURE!
