Oliver Loew (Lucidflow Berlin)

The DJ and producer Oliver Loew, born in 1975 and based near Frankfurt am Main, was born into a cradle of electronic music as a child. From the very beginning, artists like Jean Michel Jarre or Kraftwerk enchanted him with their electronic sounds, quite exotic at the time, and influenced him greatly. Already at the age of 12, the first attempts at mixing were made with an old dual turntable and a cassette player made via the tension screw pitchable. In age 18, he bought his first Technics turntables and records and made his first real walking attempts in mixing and hanging up. A long journey of musical development across the full range of electronic music began, which today culminates in drifty, atmospheric techno, but also in playful Techhouse / Deephouse and Electro sounds. Numerous gigs then followed in clubs such as Artheater Cologne, Tanzhaus West, Vinylbar etc. But only hanging up was not enough for him and he became interested in the production of electronic dance music.
