Since the late 90s, Jeff Tovar (aka PHEAR) has been throwing underground parties, running club nights, and hosting internet shows, all while building a vinyl collection spanning countless genres. These days, Jeff keeps his studio sets rooted in bass music, with enough genre-shifting to keep things unpredictable, while also looking to drop a vinyl set anywhere possible.
