個人簡介
James is a musician, composer, music producer, and educator based in Brisbane, Australia.
He graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Music in 2005, and from the University of Newcastle with a Masters of Music Technology in 2015.
As a bass guitarist, James has spent over 20 years performing and touring in Australia with original and cover bands playing an eclectic mix of genres. His engineering skills have afforded opportunities for him as a live sound engineer for numerous local events and being the in-house sound engineer for two recording studios - Studio 4114 and the Audio Embassy.
James has lectured in music, audio and music technology since 2009 at various institutes around Brisbane including the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, the University of Queensland, and JMC Academy. He is currently a senior lecturer in Audio and Music Production at the SAE Institute. He is passionate about educating and inspiring students studying to work in the creative industries.
