DJ YONNY

DJ Yonny is a New York–born, Colombian-rooted DJ, producer, and remixer whose career bridges
turntablism, global touring, Afro-Latin production, and electronic music innovation. A respected
member of the world-famous Heavy Hitters, Yonny first made his name as a technical turntablist
and open-format standout, quickly gaining national visibility through major U.S. radio markets and
television appearances. His precision, creativity, and genre-blending approach laid the foundation
for what would become a much larger artistic evolution.
In recent years, Yonny has emerged as a leading producer within the Afro-Latin space. As one-half
of Breakfast N Vegas—a project known for fusing Latin energy with Afrobeats, dancehall, and
global club influences—he contributed to a Billboard #1 album, produced the Platinum-certified
hit “Dónde,” and helped secure a Billboard Music Award for Best Album. The project represents
the next wave of Latin fusion, with Yonny at the center of its sound and direction.
Simultaneously, Yonny created his electronic project Flagrant DRVMS, where he explores
percussion-driven afro, latin, house and global rhythms. The project has achieved multiple
charting releases on Beatport and Traxsource and has taken him on international tours across
Europe—including London, Spain, Greece, and more—solidifying his status as a world-traveling,
genre-evolving artist.
From his roots as a battle-ready turntablist in New York to becoming an internationally recognized
