個人簡介
Roots, a musical family. Father, a record collecter. Oldest brother, a DJ in the 70s. I started DJ-ing at schoolparties and small venues.
In the 80s started working in the record business. Free Recordshop first and later at the 1st cd megastore in NL, called FAME.
Started to collect vinyl because it became cheaper then cds. Here the love for Disco, Funk and House and mixing these genres together started.
Fast forward, opened my own 2 recordstores in the 90s in Amsterdam, called, Jazz Inn and Jazz Palace. Mainly sold Jazz records but also what is nowadays called World Music.
At the same time I started to DJ in small bars, clubs in Amsterdam. Then became a resident DJ at the famous Jazz Cafe in Camden, London.
Next started working for IQ Creative. First as a Resident DJ at Nomads. Here I produced 6 cd compilations. Then became one of the Resident DJ of Supperclub Amsterdam till today.
Due to connections from my own recorshops and various producers I also began DJ-ing oversees.
