Biography
Out of the handful mainstream house music producers emerging from India, Ankush Ingle a.k.a DJ ODIN is surely among the frontrunners in becoming one of the pioneers of 'South Asia's House Music Scene'. More of a dreamer & sometimes an extreme realist, Ankush has travelled far & wide in search of his sound.
After schooling DJ ODIN having a keen interest in music, he learnt playing guitar, drums, violin and tabla. Having so much interest in musical instrument, Ankush thought of making it as a full time profession. In 2015, after dropping out from Engineering College in his hometown Amravati, he shifted to Mumbai in pursuit of an artistic Career. He learnt the skill of DJing from the MASTER CLASS by DJ CYRUS, one of India's earliest and finest DJs, he polished his skills the old school way: apprenticing under DJs at clubs across the city of Mumbai.
In early 2018 he took up a residency at BOMBAY COCKTAIL BAR, Mumbai & eventually started performing at various clubs and private parties across the state.
ODIN has been developing his sound for about 9 years now. For him its all about the vibe, the hypnotic groove, the mood..
His signature style of mixes and mashups is what makes him PUMP UP the crowd making them demand for more.
With an eagerness to learn music production, ODIN has promised a number of mixtapes coming out soon.
ODIN continues to learn and work and improve, trying to make his mark in the world of Bollywood & Electronic Dance Music.
