DJ Boagart. Chicago, IL is his home town but he has kept parties grooving and dance floors packed around the country. California, Arizona, Minnesota, Missouri, Washington and New Jersey have all been touched by this 30+ year DJ professional. His ultimate thrill comes from taking his listeners on musical journeys that helps them find release through dance and song.
Most of his current work (Mixcloud mixes, club dates and event bookings) reflect his deep rooted love for his dad's record collection and the chosen dance culture for Chicago grown folks, Chicago Style Steppin'. Steppin' has grown and expanded in recent years DJ Boagart has 'circled back' to his heritage and carved out a niche for himself playing new and classic Steppers jams.
Definitely no one-trick-pony, DJ Boagart gets down playing many genres of music ( Hip-Hop,R&B, House,Top 40). He also produces and arranges his own original works as well as remixing the hits.
