Aled Jenkins is a recording and mixing engineer based in North West London.
Aled has been playing music for over 20 years and has been playing and touring in bands in the UK and Europe for over 15 years.
After studying Music and Sound Recording on the University of Surrey's prestigious Tonmeister course, Aled got a job as a runner and assistant engineer at Abbey Road Studios, working on sessions for Sting, Take That, Brandon Flowers (The Killers), Chris De Burgh and numerous film scores, including Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallow Part 2, Prometheus and The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel.
As a freelance engineer, Aled has recorded and produced three albums for Smokey Bastard and EPs for The Longest Johns, Headlove, Portland Rise, Depresstival and the Jurassic Ska Bandits.
Aled is available for recording, mixing and musical arrangement projects. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
